Our veal is characterised by its natural flavour, its tenderness and the unique flavour intensity. The fibrous and typically light-coloured veal comes from young animals which are not older than eight months at slaughter.
Due to the immediate maturity of approximately 3 days supply is possible at short notice, even as a preparation. Our broad product line ranges from chilled veal halves, chilled primal cuts, frozen raw material to veal preparations.
