Our imports originate from regions where sufficient high quality lambs are available seasonally in
order to guarantee highest possible supply. The meat is processed under strict hygienic regulations and is processed according to the specific requirements.

The lambs grow where climatic conditions allow the keeping outdoor all seasons:
  • New Zealand due to its mild climate offers grass-green pasture for sheep husbandry
    throughout the year.
  • Australia offers the ideal grassland for breeding for a duration of 8-12 months in
    mostly constant climate.
  • Great Britain with its long tradition of sheep husbandry breeds like Suffolk or Texel
    are ready for slaughter after 4-5months. The meat is light-coloured and tender.
